AwardStage uses multi-server architecture secured in a Virtual Private Cloud (VPC), and is hosted on enterprise-grade Amazon infrastructure.

Role and permission based access control

AwardStage has a role and permission based access control system to ensure that all users only have access according to their permission levels.

Cyber Essentials

AwardStage is certified by Cyber Essentials, a UK Government backed scheme that demonstrates an organisation’s level of cyber security protection.

Physical security

AwardStage data is stored in Amazon Web Services (AWS) data centres in a number of EEA locations.

Optional multi factor authentication

Individual users can opt to enable multi factor authentication on their accounts to increase security.

GDPR compliance

GDPR is a legal framework that applies to organisations that manage data of anyone in the EEA. AwardStage is fully GDPR compliant.

Data encryption

All data, including data at rest, is encrypted using industry standard AES-256 encryption.

Credit card and payment data

AwardStage is integrated with Stripe, a PCI DSS compliant, third party gateway, for all payment handling. AwardStage does not store any user credit card details.

Availability

AwardStage has an uptime rate of 99.9%. We are committed to keeping downtimes to a minimum, and provide advance notice of scheduled maintenance.

AwardStage is part of Oval Business Solutions, which has been independently audited and is certified to the ISO 27001 standard. Certification to this standard is recognised worldwide as evidence that an organisation's information security management is best practice.
