What happens next?
Once we’ve received your completed ‘request a trial’ form, one of our team will email you a link to your free 14-day trial site with details on how to get started. You’ll also receive a separate email with instructions on how to activate your administrator account.
Will you help me if I get stuck?
Yes, of course! Our support team details will be provided in your trial confirmation email; simply ping us a message if you have any questions, and we’ll be happy to help!
Do you need any credit card details to set up my trial?
Nope, we don’t ask for any payment or card details.
What happens after 14 days? Can I extend the free trial?
Your trial site will be active for two weeks, and we’ll send you a reminder before it expires. We hope that gives you enough time to have a look around but, if you need longer, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can do!
Once my trial period has ended, how do I sign up to use AwardStage?
Because we’re so confident you’ll love AwardStage, there will be a sign-up link within your trial confirmation email. Alternatively, please get in touch with us so we can assist you with getting set up, and booking your FREE onboarding call.
